Responsibilities
- To prepare and assist the execution of all property marketing programs, which includes:-
- on-site study, market research and analysis of properties
- data collection and data entry
- preparation of marketing materials, proposals and investment memorandums
Requirements
- Degree holder with 1-2 years relevant working experience preferred
- Attentive to detail, self-motivated and creative
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good computer skills, in particular PowerPoint
